"True love is when you can stand to be around for ten minutes at a time." -- Snow Day
It has been a nice holiday, spent at home, hiding away from my own (now, rather messed up, monotonously solitary and boring) life, living the lives of others, on Cinemax. I always enjoy watching movies, imagining myself in a different life, in a different world, being somebody else.
And even though movies may only be fiction, and one may only be able to experience the worlds of the characters vicariously, and very distantly, it is still enjoyable to immerse yourself in the (usually) happy endings of the movies, in the triumphs of the characters, and to imagine yourself in secretly long-held fantasies and reams.
True love. What an elusive thought.
